The agreement
These terms apply between you and Nozm (نظم), the provider of Tansik, when you create an account or use the service. By using Tansik you accept them.
Your account
- You give true details and keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement for yourself or the business you represent.
Plans and payment
- Plans are billed in advance for the chosen period; prices are shown before you pay and do not include VAT unless stated.
- Plan limits (sites, pages, storage, AI tokens and others) apply as described on the plans page. Extra AI tokens you buy are used before they expire as stated at purchase.
- If a payment fails or a subscription ends, some features may stop until it is renewed; your data is kept for the grace period.
Your content and your sites
- You own the content you add. You give us the permission needed to host, show and process it to provide the service.
- You are responsible for your sites, stores, products, prices, policies, taxes and the messages you send, and for having the rights to the images, texts, fonts and code you use.
- Custom code and imported websites run on your site at your responsibility; we may disable code that harms visitors or the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tansik for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful: no fraud, phishing, malware, spam or messages to people who did not agree to receive them, no content that infringes others' rights, and no attempts to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Services you connect
Payment, shipping, accounting, Google Ads and WhatsApp services you connect have their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions.
AI features
The assistant's suggestions can be wrong; review content and changes before you publish or apply them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Tansik available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. We may end or suspend the service for a breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the last change is shown on this page, and continued use means you accept the new terms.
