Who we are
Tansik is a service of Nozm (نظم). This policy explains what we collect when you use Tansik — our website, dashboard and the sites, stores and campaigns you run with it — and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, company, email, phone and login details, your plan and payment records.
- Your content: the sites, pages, products, images, contacts, campaigns and settings you add.
- Your customers' data: orders, bookings, form replies and messages your visitors send through your sites. You decide what you collect from them; we process it for you.
- Usage: technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) used to run, secure and improve the service, and visitor statistics of your sites.
- Keys you connect: payment, shipping, accounting and WhatsApp keys are stored encrypted and used only to do what you ask.
How we use it
- To provide the service: host your sites, process orders and messages, send the emails and WhatsApp messages you request, and bill your subscription.
- To keep it secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and fix problems.
- To answer you and tell you about important changes to your account or the service.
- AI features send the text and files you give the assistant to our AI provider to produce an answer; they are not used to train public models.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers that run parts of the service for us (hosting, email delivery, AI, payment and shipping services you connect), under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.
Your customers
For the data of your own customers you are responsible for having a lawful basis and telling them how you use it; Tansik processes it on your behalf. Campaign messages go only to contacts who agreed to receive them, and every message lets them opt out.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is active and for the period the law requires after. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, in line with the applicable data protection law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Contact us from the contact page.
Cookies
The dashboard uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Public sites built with Tansik may use cookies their owners add.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the last change is shown on this page, and we will tell account owners about important changes.
